Spam / Anti-Spam Policy

Arch Designs, Inc., owner and operator of DebBurger.com, does not condone spam or unsolicited commercial email.
We are committed to sending professional, relevant communications to people who have asked to hear from us, registered for an event, requested a resource, made a purchase, booked a session, or otherwise have a lawful business relationship with us.
1. What We Mean by Spam
For purposes of this policy, “spam” means unsolicited commercial email or other electronic messages sent without appropriate permission, consent, or lawful basis, including use of scraped, harvested, purchased, or rented lists where recipients did not directly request communication from us or where a lawful relationship does not exist.
2. How We Send Email

3. Our Email Standards

- Include a valid physical mailing address in commercial emails
- Avoid using false, misleading, deceptive, scraped, purchased, rented, or harvested email lists
- Take reasonable steps to prevent abuse of our systems and forms
4. Unsubscribing
If you no longer want to receive marketing emails from us, you may click the unsubscribe link in the email or email us at archdesignsconsulting@gmail.com.
Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not stop service-related, transactional, purchase-related, or booking-related communications that are necessary to complete a transaction or deliver a requested service.
5. Third Parties Acting on Our Behalf
We may use email service providers, assistants, contractors, or service platforms to send communications on our behalf. We remain responsible for monitoring the communications sent on our behalf.
6. Prohibited Practices
- Sending promotional emails to people who did not request them or do not have a lawful relationship with us
- Using false or misleading sender identity information
- Using deceptive subject lines
- Scraping, harvesting, buying, or renting email addresses for bulk marketing
- Adding people to lists through misleading or hidden methods
- Ignoring unsubscribe requests

7. Reporting Concerns
If you believe you received an email from us in error or in violation of this policy, please contact archdesignsconsulting@gmail.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including the email address that received the message, the sender information, the subject line, and why you believe the email was improper.
8. Investigation and Response
We take spam complaints seriously. If we receive a complaint, we may review relevant records, list activity, sign-up method, communication history, and provider logs to determine what happened and whether corrective action is needed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Spam / Anti-Spam Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Your continued use of the website or participation in our communications after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
